how can avoid the message "internet explorer has restricted from running scripts or controls activex

allow blocked content?" i don't want it to appear every time i run javascript. If users see this message they will probaly think that it would damage their system.

It Scripts also works in Google Chrome 16.0.904.0
It is great tricks ! but i want to display when my site is opened by other users in IE, Firefoxe, and other Browser. not in Google chrome.
