Don't let the user use right click on mouse

Written by @kerixa 21 August 2012

You can lock the right click of the mouse by this code; as the results the users don't have access to the copy and paste menu! (Most browsers show a message box when a right click is done).

Code Snippet:

                                                <!-- this script is provided by www.javascriptfreecode.com coded by: Kerixa Inc. -->
<SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript">
var message="Function Disabled!";
///////////////////////////////////
function clickIE() {if (document.all) {alert(message);return false;}}
function clickNS(e) {if
(document.layers||(document.getElementById&&!document.all)) {
if (e.which==2||e.which==3) {alert(message);return false;}}}
if (document.layers)
{document.captureEvents(Event.MOUSEDOWN);document.onmousedown=clickNS;}
else{document.onmouseup=clickNS;document.oncontextmenu=clickIE;}

document.oncontextmenu=new Function("return false")
// -->
</script><a target='_blank' href='www.javascriptfreecode.com' style='font-size: 8pt; text-decoration: none'>JavaScript Best Codes</a>
